Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for an exciting new opportunity for the New Year?

We are expanding our Essex team for 2026 and are looking for ambitious, driven consultants with a proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the education sector.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant with Empowering Learning, you will:


• Win and develop new client relationships with schools


• Recruit, interview and place high quality education professionals


• Manage the full 360 recruitment process


• Build long term partnerships with schools and candidates


• Work in a supportive, high performance team environment

What We Offer:

Market leading salary

No threshold for the first year, commission can go up to 20%

1 Day per week working from home

Flexible working hours:


• Term time: 07:00 to 16:00 or 08:30 to 17:30


• School holidays: 08:00 to 13:00 or 12:00 to 17:00
