We are expanding our Essex team for 2026 and are looking for ambitious, driven consultants with a proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the education sector. The Role Win and develop new client relationships with schools Recruit, interview and place high quality education professionals Manage the full 360 recruitment process Build long term partnerships with schools and candidates Work in a supportive, high performance team environment What We Offer Market leading salary No threshold for the first year, commission can go up to 20% 1 Day per week working from home Term time: 07:00 to 16:00 or 08:30 to 17:30 School holidays: 08:00 to 13:00 or 12:00 to 17:00 The opportunity to work in a buzzy, fast paced, busy office and learn from other experienced consultants within the industry Fun team incentives, early finishes on certain Fridays and team holidays can be won Summer and Winter party 30 days annual leave Laptop and mobile phone provided Industry leading training and development Access to TeamTeach training, with the opportunity to become a TeamTeach Trainer, enhancing both your career and the quality of candidates you place We are proud to own TeamTeach, giving our consultants a unique advantage in developing safer, better prepared candidates for schools.
