Our client is a not for profit organisation which delivers workforce development solutions to help employers to improve their workforce through increasing productivity, improving learning solutions and helping to boost the skills for staff across a widerange of industries throughout the UK and internationally.
The Job:
On their behalf they are looking for a skilled a Product Marketing Manager.This role will be focused on launch and campaign activity within the health sector. In this role you willhelp shape the development of products and services offered to the healthmarket.You will be part of a dynamic and driven product team and marketing team, dedicated to taking a newly improved rostering system to market
Another part of your role will be to create product marketing strategy appropriate for the customer needs, and to achieve growth. This role requiresyou to be creative, with skills and hands-on experience in content writing, copy-editing and campaign assetdevelopment, with a passion for lead generation.
You will lead product/service launches from inception to execution including being hands-on writing marketing messages, product copy and developing visual assets. You will ensure service delivery teams are kept up to date with market trends and have thenecessary tools to support the promotion of their expertise in the sector.
You will closely collaborate with the marketing team to define, develop, and execute product marketing strategies & plans for customers.
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone who is either an experienced Product Marketing Manager who perhaps someone more junior who gained Marketing Executive experience who has dealt with technical products and ideally in the public sector with digitalmarketing experience
- Must have a passion for marketing and business development, in particular lead generation and digital customer acquisition
- Experience working within complex teams and being embedded within service delivery
- Highly organised with an ability to identify priorities in busy periods
- Strong organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Digitally confident - including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools and CRM systems
- Experience marketing SaaS, Technology platforms or healthcare systems
- Experience of working in with the NHS preferred
The Location:
Central Bristol (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
The Salary:
£34- 36,000
