Accounts Administrator

We are hiring an Accounts Administrator to join the finance team predominantly working on Accounts Payable.
**Position Outcomes**:To perform the job successfully, an individual must accomplish the following position objectives:
- Process all vendor invoices on ERP system
- Process all vendor payments through the bank an on the ERP system
- Ensure vendor accounts are maintained
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receive, verify and process vendor invoices
- Generate the vendor payments, processing these through the bank and on the vendor accounts
- Post the direct debit payments
- Deal with any vendor queries and ensure that the vendor accounts are reconciled at all times
- Monitor and control the Accounts Payable mailbox
- Processing customer credit notes
- Preparation of the monthly management stats report
- Preparation and analysis of carriage charge invoices
- Help and cover with other accounts functions

- MS Office, especially excel (to intermediate/advance level).
**Work Environment**:Office based
**Education and/or Experience**:
- Ideally, at least 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role
- GCSE A Level in Math’s and English - or equivalent BTEC qualification
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: £13,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
