An elite global law firm seeks a resilient and energetic Alumni Manager to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the Director of Clients and Industries, the successful applicant will work closely with the Global Alumni Committee and the Marketing, People and D&I teams to implement the firm’s global alumni strategy. Bringing in external insights to drivebest practice, you will oversee and ensure the continued advancement of the overall alumni relations program and strategy, setting measurable objectives and developing an action plan for alumni engagement. The Alumni Manager will be responsible for engagingthe firm’s alumni population across a variety of touchpoints, facilitating regular communications, maintaining the alumni portal and planning and executing alumni focused programming and events. Developing and implementing various alumni events globally, youwill create a place where people regularly engage with each other in-person and virtually. You will also produce and coordinate distribution of a quarterly alumni newsletter and oversee the firm’s alumni website with over 4,000 registered members, managingthe vendor relationship, creating and maintaining content and communications and supervising product upgrades and other technical components. The role holder will be expected to promote news about alumni and the global alumni network through the firm’s intranet,social media and other communication channels and strategically leverage alumni relationships to increase the firm's visibility, brand ambassadorship and business development.
