The network includes 170+ professional, corporate, geographic, and socio-cultural groups, supported by nearly 800 delegates and experts, organizing over 300 events per year.

Based at ESCP's London campus, you will join a fully international, remote-first team of Regional Alumni Managers.

Your role is to strengthen alumni and student engagement locally, working closely with delegates, the campus community, and key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

Community building & engagement

  • Animate and support alumni communities connected to the London campus
  • Coordinate with local alumni delegates and ambassadors
  • Organize networking events, workshops, and community gatherings
  • Collaborate with ESCP Business School and the ESCP Foundation on selected campus initiatives

Student & alumni support

  • Facilitate student integration into the alumni network (orientation, mentoring, networking)
  • Develop activities to connect students and recent graduates with experienced alumni
  • Promote initiatives such as mentoring program, Bootcamps or access to the alumni directory...

Campus & stakeholder collaboration

  • Work closely with the campus team (Career Services, Corporate Relations, etc.)
  • Build connections with partner organizations and local networks
  • Contribute to alumni communications (success stories, events, social media)

Your Profile:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Canva, event platforms, social media).
  • Able to work autonomously while being a strong team player
