**Alumni Engagement International Officer (Fixed Term) - PAGE**

**Salary from £35,758 to £40,741 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £43,604 pa inclusive of London allowance**

The Alumni Engagement International Officer is responsible for supporting our global volunteering programme, including volunteer groups, international travel and acting as a welcome host in the Alumni Centre. This role will include supporting our engagement programmes in priority regions, alignment with key Campaign priorities and supporting relationships with senior volunteers and advocates globally.

With the Alumni Engagement & Volunteering team, they are responsible for the delivery of our 300,000-hour volunteer and advocacy target. This target will be of particular importance in increasing alumni engagement throughout and beyond our Campaign, as we seek to develop reciprocal relationships with our global alumni community.

The Alumni Engagement International Officer will support relationship managers in building activity in priority regions.
- **Coordinating alumni or student engagement programs**, including events, volunteer activities, and digital initiatives that align with institutional priorities.
- **Managing relationships with diverse stakeholders**, such as senior volunteers, alumni groups, and advocacy leaders, to support key objectives.
- **Supporting and delivering alumni or student activities and events** including project planning and communications for global audiences.
- **Providing support for volunteer programs**, including onboarding, stewardship, and retention initiatives, with a focus on clear and engaging communication.
