We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as **Unqualified Teachers**. This role provides an excellent pathway for gaining classroom experience

About the Role:
As an unqualified teacher, you will:

- Manage classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils in their educational journey, encouraging engagement.
- Work closely with experienced teachers and school staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

This position offers a hands-on introduction to teaching, with full support and guidance provided to help you develop your skills and confidence in the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelson, Lancashire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
