We're busy, expanding fast, and now looking for a driven and charismatic individual to take charge of our digital presence and marketing communications.

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, someone with personality, energy, and initiative. This isn't a role where you just follow instructions, we want someone who takes charge, drives ideas, and tells us what works.

You'll manage our social media channels, create engaging content, coordinate email campaigns (Mailchimp, etc.), and help ensure Star Print's brand continues to shine as brightly online as it does in print.

This is a part-time role initially, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Star Print's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging, on-brand content — posts, videos, stories, and updates
  • Plan and run Mailchimp email campaigns and newsletters
  • Monitor performance analytics and provide feedback or recommendations
  • Coordinate with our design and print teams for promotions and campaigns
  • Keep our brand voice consistent, creative, and ahead of the curve
  • Contribute to marketing ideas, promotions, and community engagement

  • Self-motivated — you take initiative and get things done
  • Comfortable with technology and social media trends
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar tools (not essential — we can teach you)
  • Some background in marketing, communications, or design is a bonus but not required
