**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our In-House Maintenance function as a Customer Liaison Officer. This is a great role for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring our Tenant's properties remain places people are proud to call home.

This is a really exciting time to join the team as we set up our new In-House Maintenance Depot on Popes Lane, B69 4PN.

**As a Customer Liaison Officer you will**:

- Provide expert advice and support to Tenants in relation to disrepair works, including Damp & Mould.
- Liaise with customer to resolve no access issues and ensure we are able to enter properties to provide the necessary support and care.
- Work with our tenants to develop action plans to mitigate the risk of disrepair works reoccuring.
- Colleaborate with internal teams and management to monitor progress and provide detailed reports.
- Experience working with customers in a face-to-face setting.
- A proven record of managing and resolving complaints.
- Experience or knowledge of maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to Damp & Mould.
