We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a **Customer Liaison Officer** to join our clients team based in the **Birmingham** area

Our client is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions and is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Customer Liaison Officer.

We are pleased to be able to offer this vacancy on a permanent basis. Therefore meaning, if successful, you'll be employed directly by the client on a full time, permanent contract.

**What you'll be doing**:
You'll be part of our client’s busy customer liaison team acting as the primary point of contact for residents.

Ultimately, your role will be to offer support, communication, updates and education to residents in social housing that are due to or are in the process of having works completed.

The aim of the game is to ensure each, and every resident receives a smooth, positive and comfortable experience.

You'll be working alongside the site manager to achieve each particular projects aim and deal with problems from residents as and when/if they arise.

This role is imperative to the smooth running of every project, and you'll be the face of our client’s business.

This is also a fantastic time to join our client’s team, who are currently in the middle of a huge expansion due to the winning of a variety of new contracts. Therefore, the role comes with fantastic and realistic career progression prospects.

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM.

**Pay**:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

salary reviews will also be conducted at selected review stages through-out your employment.

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience as a customer liaison officer (required)
- Excellent communication skills (required)
- IT proficient (required)
- Previous experience in social housing (desirable)
