**The Role**
Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an experienced and confident Customer Liaison Officer to join our projects team in Birmingham, working on a Social Housing. Working on a full-time basis, you will aim to deliver and improve the level of customer and client satisfaction across the planned works project, through engaging tenants and offering support to the Site Manager in their duties. **The Project**
As the Customer Liaison Officer, you will deliver and improve the level of customer and client satisfaction across the contract, engaging tenants and offering support to the Site Manager. You will play a key role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications, liaising with customers and residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works being undertaken in their properties. You will coordinate access arrangements as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively, in order for works to be completed to schedule.
