Share Plans Task Specialist

**The role**

As our Employee Share Plan Services continues to grow, we are looking for Task Specialists to join our established Share Incentive Plans team (SIP)who are responsible for the delivery of the service. As a SIP Task Specialist you will be responsible for highprofile, complex deliveries. These might range from delivering free share awards, client data migrations, launching new plans, corporate actions and new development testing as well as providing on team system support and resolving complex queries.

**Business Function**

Our large Share Plans operations team is made up of a number of sub teams that carry our different elements of our services, with some teams focused on specific share plans and others providing shared services. Due to the breadth and variety of EQ’s SharePlan service, we are able to provide our team members with fantastic opportunities to develop their knowledge and progress within our wider team.

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**
- Mapping and documenting new processes
- Analysing client requirements against system capability and finding new solutions for new requirements
- Assisting with the migration of client data from existing external providers to EQ
- Working with the Technical Manager to implement new business into the team
- BAT testing of new system developments
- Corporate Action planning and execution oversight
- Provide technical guidance and advice to team members
- Identify and implement changes to the way in which the team operates to improve service quality and process efficiency
- Signing off key task activities
- Ensuring that risk on the team is assessed regularly and robust controls are in place
- Attend meetings / calls with internal and external stakeholders as required

**Skills & Knowledge and Qualification**
- Ability to plan tasks and keep to timescales
- Analytical skills; able to think through complex business issues in a focused, clear and effective manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering an excellent service
- Risk management
- Demonstrate experience of strong customer service focus
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills to be able to manage own priorities effectively
- Confident to work as a team or by yourself to achieve delivery
- Technical knowledge Employee Share Plans would be an advantage but not essential
