**What We Do**:We work alongside our clients, helping them grow with data-backed, innovative lead generation and marketing campaigns.

**The Role**:We're looking for a talented PPC Media Buyer to join our operations team. You'll work closely with senior account managers to manage, optimise, and enhance Google and Display ad channels. Under the guidance of our Head of Agency, you'll quickly gain hands-on experience, eventually managing your own portfolio of clients and rolling out their growth strategies.

Here’s what you can expect:

- Manage campaigns within Google Ads and Taboola.
- Drive campaign performance and continuously push for new levels of success.
- Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to scale accounts.
- Collaborate with senior media buyers to shape the overarching strategy for your clients.
- Use data-driven insights, research, and client feedback to implement marketing strategies.
- Analyse, report, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI.

**Who We're Seeking**:

- 3-4 years of experience running ads on Google is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience with display platforms like Taboola or Outbrain is preferred.
- You're eager to and driven to grow.
- If you're competitive, you'll fit right in with our team's passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Editor, AdWords UI, and PPC tools like SEMrush.
