We are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients through expert advice and a collaborative approach.Role OverviewWe are looking for a PPC Executive with at least 2 years experience managing paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising PPC activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other platforms, helping us to drive high‑quality leads, improve return on investment, and support wider business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other relevant channelsSet up and manage other campaign types including Display, YouTube/Video, and RemarketingConduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysisWrite clear, effective ad copy consistent with brand guidelinesMonitor budgets, bids and daily campaign performanceUse Google Analytics (GA4) to track, measure and optimise campaign performanceRun experiments and implement A/B tests for ads and landing pagesAnalyse results and produce insightful, actionable reportsSupport the set‑up and management of conversion trackingWork collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure PPC aligns with SEO, content and overall strategyEssential QualificationsMinimum of 2 years experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or client side)Proactive, self‑motivated individual with a strong drive to take initiativeProven ability to plan, segment and build PPC campaigns from scratchStrong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics (GA4)Experience using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) Editor toolsConfident analysing data to inform decisions and improve performanceDesirable QualificationsGoogle Ads CertificationExperience with Google Tag Manager and conversion trackingFamiliarity with other paid channels (e.g. Display, YouTube/Video, Paid Social)Experience using reporting tools such as GA4, Google Looker Studio etcExperience managing B2B campaignsPreferable experience with WordPress to build landing pagesMinimum of 1 day per week required in Bolton or Manchester office.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at K3 Capital Group by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
