We are currently looking for a self-motivated experienced administrator to join our Procurement Team in our Head Office on the Birmingham Business Park. The role includes providing progressive and high quality administrative support to the Procurement Team and the management of key procurement related processes and documentation.

Applications are welcome from experienced Administrators, Procurement experience and/ or knowledge of procurement procedures, whilst not a requirement would be an advantage. The ability to prioritise your own workload and work under pressure and experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential requirements.
**In housin**g you can make a real difference, the role of Procurement Administrator will involve**:
- Provide a high quality, comprehensive and confidential administrative service to support the Procurement Team
- To be the first point of procurement contact and support wider procurement activity across Citizen.
- Administer and manage Citizen’s Contract Register and other key Procurement processes and documents
- Effectively manage the administration of the eProcurement system
- To administer the Contract Management Module
- Deliver excellent services to customers and work to achieve performance targets and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Deliver and demonstrate the vision and values of the organisation.
**As **Procurement Administrator** we need you to have**:
- Experience of providing accurate and proactive administrative support
- Able to communicate clearly, in plain English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage, organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and lead by example to motivate others to achieve same
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be innovative to maintain and deliver continuous service improvement
- A flexible and cooperative team player who understands the wider impact of their work on their team and other departments
- Embraces the need for and adapts positively to change, resilient to challenges, obstacles and handling conflict
- Highly self-motivated, acts with integrity and shows drive and enthusiasm
- Demonstrates understanding of a commitment to principles of equality and diversity
**We would be **_really_** excited if you have**:
- Basic understanding of Procurement processes and procedures
- Basic knowledge of social housing organisations and understanding of roles.
- Experience of developing innovative and efficient administrative processes
- Experience of working effectively and constructively as part of a team to support the delivery of business objectives and achievement of targets
- Experience of dealing with a wide range of internal and external customers at all levels.
