We are a profitable, growing and successful company - we have been European leaders in product management training for over 16 years. Client feedback is excellent and repeat business from clients is the norm.
We provide training courses for product people (e.g., Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and Product Owners) and the leaders of product management organisations (e.g., Head of Product Management, VP of Product Management, CPO).
We have an opportunity for a full time Administrator to join our Training Operations team in Cirencester. This role is office based and focussed on assisting with the smooth running of our training courses.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide support to instructors, ensuring delegates have all the course materials required for online and face-to-face training courses.
- Collate feedback from learners, measuring satisfaction, anonymise data, informing the business of any trends to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain excellent customer records.
- Maximise delegate engagement and satisfaction with simple technical check of web connection, video & audio. Applicants **MUST** be confident and comfortable meeting new clients on Teams calls, using their camera and mic.
- Basic online admin tasks - we are a paperless office.
**Required Skills**:
- Professional, clear and confident communicator (both written and oral).
- Speaking and interacting with customers on video and audio calls - for this you will require a neat and professional home set-up for video calls.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision after learning the job role.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good personal judgement, able to make decisions and knowing when to escalate upwards.
- Ability to closely follow procedural and operational manuals.
**About You**
- Minimum of 5 years administration work experience.
- Self-motivated and capable of working well in a small team and independently.
- Team player and keen to learn.
- Integrity and honesty.
- Adaptable and able to pick up new tasks quickly.
- Live within a 15-20 minute commute of the Cirencester office.
**Salary and benefits**

- 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
- Annual Salary: £26k-£28k depending upon experience and skills.
- 3-month probation period.
- Free on-site parking. Office location - Cirencester, GL7 1XD.
- Mon - Fri, 36-hour work week.
- 20-minute paid lunch break.
- Company Pension Scheme (3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution).
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
