A position has become available to join the E-Commerce team to work in admin performing duties relating to all aspects of customer orders and deliveries, from customers placing orders on the website, to contacting suppliers and booking in stock on our stock control & inventory systems.

A family run business, you will work closely with all members of the company in order to fulfil duties relating to Customers, Suppliers and Orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order processing and website updates (Woo-Commerce)
- Tracking & monitoring of customer orders
- Pre Order Processing
- Returns processing
- Assisting in packaging parcels (if required, during busy periods)
- To Assist the Marketing Team when necessary
- Assisting with Social Media updates

**Qualifications**:

- Good IT Literacy Skills including competence in using Excel, Word, Google Sheets etc
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator
- Ability to work with a team
- Basic understanding of E-Commerce
- Digital Organisation skills
- Ability to work on your own and show initiative
- Good Literacy & Numeracy Skills

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- Previous eCommerce or Marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Woocommerce) experience beneficial
- Basic knowledge of PPC (such as Google Adwords or Facebook Adverts)
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- An interest in the Horror / Halloween genre

We are a growing company so there will definitely be future opportunities for the role to develop into something more for the right person.

**Proposed hours of work**:
Monday: 9am to 3pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 1.30pm (however we are happy to be flexible for the right applicant)

£23,400 pa on a part time pro rata basis
