**Job Summary**
**Support Worker Wanted — Sidekick Needed for Everyday Adventures £15-£17/hr + Perks**

Are you ready to ditch the ordinary and be part of something awesome?

I'm a 47-year-old guy with a spinal cord injury, a dry-ish wit, and a tendency to roll through life on four wheels (cue dramatic action music). I live independently in my own place and I'm on the hunt for a new support worker to join my legendary team of everyday heroes.

**Here’s the deal**:
**Shifts**: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM — 8 to 10 shifts per month, including some weekends
**Pay**: £15-17/hour (+ holiday pay, pension, extra for overtime & bank holidays)
**Driving**: Yes, please Clean licence needed for my automatic car
**Location**: My place — good vibes, good coffee, good company
**Start date**: As soon as we realise we’re a match made in care-work heaven

**Experience?**
Not essential. Attitude is everything. If you’ve got a good heart, good humour, and a willingness to muck in (and sometimes muck out), I want to hear from you.

**Must-haves**:

- Sense of humour (bonus points if you can tolerate dad jokes)
- The right to work in the UK
- A clean driving licence
- A good standard of spoken English
- A calm, can-do attitude (cape optional, but preferred)

**You’ll be helping with**:

- personal care, including bowel management and catheter care, day-to-day stuff like cooking, cleaning, and general life admin
- Occasional adventures out and about
- Laughing at my jokes (even the questionable ones)

**You’ll be part of a small, supportive team** helping me live the independent life I love — with just enough chaos to keep things interesting.
