This will include: - Supporting people who require residential care, including those living with dementia - Leading a small team - Administering medication - Assisting with personal care - Involved in writing support plans - Liaising with health professionals, organising key sessions for team members and ensuring high standards of care are maintained - Enhancing the lives of our people by providing first class care Whether you may be giving support with personal care or joining in with user's activities, the variety within your role will give you great job satisfaction **About you** Do I need experience? Yes You'll need to have experience of working within a care setting, ideally you would be a Care Worker/Assistant of long standing who has experience both of being part of a team and leading.
