**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist residents or clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the resident's condition.
- Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
- Help create a positive and engaging environment for residents through social interaction and companionship.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, such as a care home or home care environment, is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with residents and team members.
- A genuine passion for providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need.
- **Provide exceptional care and support to clients include helping with mobility, transfers and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety.**:

- **Work flexible shifts, ranging from a minimum of 6 hours to a maximum of 14 hours.**:

- **Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field of care.**

**Requirements**:
Enhanced DBS on Update Service

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
