As a Barclays Pre Trade Project Delivery, you will be joining the Project Management Office Function within the Markets Pre Trade area. You will play a key role in overseeing, guiding and supporting the deliveries to ensure adherence to governance requirementsleading to the successful delivery of Business Outcomes for the programme / project(s). In addition, this role will assist the PMO lead with the aim of process standardization, simplification, clarification, and automation.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Managing a team of two junior Project Management Office resources, providing aid to enable them to succeed in their roles
- Coordinating and producing agreed initiative reporting including at least fortnightly uploads to Navigator in accordance with governance standards
- Assisting Project Manager in plan set-up and baselining
- Ensuring team follow project governance standards/methods, with the Project Manager, establishing governance structure
- Ensuring that the agreed plan and milestones are met
- Ensuring that planning is uploaded to the navigator as a workplan
- Monitoring the navigator workplan by tracking progress and dependencies in line with project plan delivery
