Grounded Café Bars is looking for a Social Media Content Creator. This is a exciting position working in a amazing brand. Grounded Café bars small to medium company offering grate fresh food and drinks offering with 8 sites in the Southwest and we’re looking for a marketing expert to join us to look after our brands in Bristol and Wiltshire.

Role Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Executive & Content Creator This role is pivotal in creating and managing content on Social Midea, driving online marketing activities, and engaging with our customer base through various digital platforms. As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the Operations Manager in offline marketing efforts, ensuring all activities align with our brand's vision and goals. You'll also coordinate events, enhancing our brand's presence both online and offline with impactful marketing strategies aimed at achieving target engagement and customer satisfaction.

Our expectations:
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for social media, websites, and print.

Social Media Management: Grow and engage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Loyalty App & Affiliate Marketing: Manage the loyalty app and develop influencer partnerships.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute local collaborations and in-store events.

Collaboration & Reporting: Align marketing strategies, provide performance reports.

Customer Engagement: Respond to social media queries, promote our brand.

Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends.

Performance Measures: Ensure quality content, monitor social media performance, maintain policy compliance.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience needed:

- Have a driver’s licence and your own car;
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and online marketing;
- Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills - Adobe CC (or similar software);
- Ability to work independently and use initiative as well as be a part of a small team;
- Solid organisational and time management skills;
- A good understanding and knowledge of Social Media platforms especially Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
- Preferably have your own photography & video equipment;
- Be able to work some weekends and evenings as required.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and your own car (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol or at location
