Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with experience with in the cosmetics and perfumery sector to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We require a past history of working within the field of personal care. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with in our on site store. Training is given
- Work with the in-store booking daily, confirming booking dates and times.
- Work with the production manager if any stock is required for customers. This includes sample. (You will not be required to handle any production)
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Be courteous and kind to other team members

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Location:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 per week
