**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining exceptional phone etiquette.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse information and provide effective solutions.
- A friendly disposition with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
