:Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Duties**:

- Utilize strong data entry skills to accurately record customer information and interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their experience.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service quality.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to upsell products or services to drive sales growth.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Pay: From £24,310.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
- Uncapped commission

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salford, M3 5NA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
