**Job overview**:
The department presents an exciting challenge for the right person, we are going through significant change and we have external contracts both existing and moving forwards those we will be going out to tender for. It will be a challenging role but very rewarding in terms of outcomes we can achieve for the Northern Care Alliance, and most importantly the colleagues we offer our services to.

**Main duties of the job**:

- All administrative tasks relating to the contracts and systems of the department.
- Ensure all invoicing relating to the contracts is done on time and any queries swiftly resolved.
- Ensure that all systems are used to the maximum of their functionality and audited to ensure that all requirements of GDPR are met at all times.
- Ensure all equipment provided to colleagues in the department is logged and returned appropriately.
- Support the team to meet KPIs, providing reports as requested.
- Escalate any potential problems as appropriate.

- A high level of education or proven experience to Diploma level/NVQ level 4 in business admin or equivalent including GCSE English Language and Maths or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of operating a finance function.
- Demonstrate good verbal communication skills to liaise with all levels of staff and the general public.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience of contract management
