We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for increasing sales to join us to work on some exciting projects and bring their own ideas to our workflow and marketing materials.

We are looking for a reliable person who is willing to learn and is interested in helping to promote our products to new potential clients and existing ones. You will learn all about our products and customers and come up with ideas and strategies to promote us globally. A role that can be made your own with training provided throughout.

**Responsibilities including**:

- Focusing on business development, brand awareness and increasing sales and engagement over all channels
- Excellent customer service skills
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Carry out list-building, research and enrichment for marketing and sales campaigns
- Actively engage with the target audience on a daily basis
- Build a database of clients and potential customers for regular newsletters and updates
- Searching for new potential customers and face-to-face events. This will include sourcing groups to interact with within all sectors.
- Dealing with enquiries, sourcing leads, and connection building for prospective clients and client relationship management
- Co-ordinating all the assets required, from client briefing to confirmed deal. Managing the full funnel ad plan and building social ads.
- Assist on project(s) for marketing materials and/or assets

**Requirements and Skills**:

- CRM Hubspot (desirable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, iMovie
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff, CF10 5EE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
