**Sales and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of our esteemed clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Represent our clients with utmost professionalism and integrity.
- Actively participate in team meetings and engaging training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training programs to gain a deep understanding of the company's operations, processes, products, and services.
- Experience various departments and functions within the organisation through rotational campaigns, events and assignments. This allows you to gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales, marketing, event and management teams to work on projects and initiatives, fostering teamwork and building effective communication skills.
- Take part in managing and coordinating projects under the guidance of experienced managers, learning how to plan, execute, and evaluate projects successfully.
- Learn to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve processes, operations, or sales performance.
- Understand the company's customer service standards and interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in sales activities, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship building, to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
