We are looking for a great Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our group of longest family run Italian restaurants in Wales, working along side the Managing Director.

As Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator you'll be responsible for promoting Giovanni's Restaurants through social media, TV, marketing and on/off site events. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will have an understanding of the restaurant/hospitality industry; strong attention to detail and must be well organised. Your role will be to help fill our restaurants

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience for future personal growth and development. This position will report directly to the Managing Director and will involve working closely with all restaurant managers.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Promote birthdays to bar mitzvahs; intimate setting weddings and celebrations with a personal touch
- You'll be working across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedInPromote themed nights
- Attend brain-storming sessions with managers to create, develop and execute activities to increase sales
- Fundraising events
- Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects
- Assisting with the development of marketing material and literature
- Assisting the Managing Director with secretarial administration and organisational support
- Possess outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Uphold excellent verbal and written communication to guests, restaurant, and management team members
- Must have excellent telephone manner

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience: a min 2 years in a similar role; experience in hospitality desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge or Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload within deadlines and to agreed standards, with a good team spirit, strong organisational skills
- Have excellent communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills, able you to build good working relationships with all those around you

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
