About your role

As a Marketing Coordinator, your day to day role will involve supporting the Marketing team in the delivery of key reports and analysis as well as initiatives that deliver value to our customers and support our Retailer partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad hoc reporting, ensuring consistency and standardisation;
Develop new reports and analysis as and when required;
Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer loyalty through the execution of targeted campaigns;
Support the roll-out and maintenance of digital customer-facing initiatives;
Ensure online finance calculators are accurate and up-to-date;
Maintain controls and documentation of Marketing procedures;
Support in the preparation and delivery of presentations to senior management;
Understand and promote OVF’s policy on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF);
Ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the Vauxhall Finance plc business and complete all regulatory knowledge training where applicable in a timely fashion;
Provide support to the Marketing team as and when needed.
