OfficeAn exciting new role has arisen to join Euroclad's marketing team and help with the day to day running of the department as well as assist in special projects related to new product launches.

**Main Purpose of Role**:
As a Marketing Special Projects Lead you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team with day to day running of the Marketing department in line with the 12 month marketing strategy, with the requirement to assist with product launches, campaigns, seminars and exhibitions to promote the company products and enhance brand awareness. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To assist in implementing the marketing strategy to promote Euroclad Group’s product portfolio and services.
- Coordinate and support the Marketing Manager to plan and implement new product launches and marketing campaigns across multi regions, aligning key USP messaging with strategic marketing objectives.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing sales data to measure marketing campaigns effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to organise and implement company hospitality and events.
- Assist with planning and coordinating a schedule of social media posts covering product campaigns and new product launches.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s website using Adobe Experience Manager and ensuring all marketing assets are current and up to date.
- Assist with the production of marketing assets both in print and digital.
- Work closely with the sales team and freelance copywriter to produce project specific case studies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing plans are within the confines of the annual marketing budget.
- Undertake Kingspan and Euroclad training as and when applicable.
- Work within the constraints of our compliance policy and the Marketing Integrity Manual.
- Adhere to the SKEB assessment to identify the competence level within the marketing department.
- Responsible for following all company procedures and policies in line with our compliance management system and to report any concerns of noncompliance immediately.
- Responsible for taking reasonable care of yourself and others who may be affected by your actions or omissions. You must follow all instructions and training given to you and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in marketing, project management or related role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication skills, leadership and problem solving
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and marketing analytic tools
- A basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- A basic understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
