This role will place you at the heart of our customer journey and you will be the first point of contact in moments that matter to our clients.

While industry experience is a benefit, it is not essential as we will provide you with full training and support when you start with us.

**What your day will look like**:
- Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues across the country
- Reviewing policies to correctly determine if a claim is covered and how to progress insurance claims
- Appointing suppliers
- Supporting the field adjusters and associates
- Compiling reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership
- Issuing reports to clients when required
**Abilities And Knowledge**:
There are no specific qualifications that we demand for the role; and although welcome those with previous industry experience, it’s transferrable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies we’ll provide a full and comprehensive induction and training programme to support and nurture you in the first steps of your career journey.
- Capable to effectively communicate - both written and verbal
- Ability to delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic Polite and courteous phone manner
