Stramongate School are seeking to appoint to a EWO. This is a key post within our school, ensuring that all pupils with attendance welfare and engagement issues including those with special educational needs, disabilities (SEND, inclusive of Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties) receive the support they need and achieve the outcomes they deserve.
- _ Working with the SENCO supporting initiatives to promote pupil engagement and wellbeing across the school._
- _ Provide support to pupils experiencing social, emotional or behavioural changes._
- _ Management of own Early Help casework._
- _ Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support._
- _ Monitor and evaluate the impact of wellbeing strategies including safeguarding processes._
