We are looking for an administrator to work across all Bromley services.
**About the role**:
The Administrator will:
- Work with support staff to help the people we support make person centered support guidelines and risk assessments and update support paperwork.
- To communicate with a wide range of people effectively and accurately.
- To scan, file and archive documents digitally.
- Ability to transcribe messages and record information over the phone or in person.
- Photocopying, printing, creating, and editing reports, minutes, and other records.
- Arranging and attending training and meetings including minute-taking.
- Proficient in computer programs particularly Microsoft Office including Word.
- Data entry skills and knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel.
- Able to maintain contact with the teams across video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Arrange communications between team members.
- Produce documents such as newsletters or other records to document life stories, events, successes, and opportunities for happiness.
**Hours**:
Part time - 15 hours per week.
**Location**:
Working across the Bromley services.
**About you**:
The post holder will have neither formal nor informal responsibility for supervising others but may be responsible for demonstrating or explaining a practice or process to a new member of the team.
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, although you must have computer literacy, good communication (verbal and written) and the ability to meet deadlines.
