Transport Administrator Dartford Up to £30,000 DOE  Are you organised, proactive, and experienced in transport operations administration? Our client is seeking a reliable Transport Administrator to join a busy transport team in Dartford. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating transport schedules, supporting operational teams, and ensuring accurate administration throughout the delivery process. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming orders and input them into the transport management system. Book collections, deliveries, ferries, and train shipments. Update standard jobs, rate sheets, and customer platforms. Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare security declarations, GMRs, and provide haulier details. Support the Operations Manager with general administrative tasks. Ensure all transport records are accurate and up to date. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in transport administration, logistics, or operations support. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. IT proficient, comfortable with TMS, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate data entry. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Good knowledge of UK geography is a plus. What’s on offer: Salary up to £30,000 per year. A supportive, team-focused work environment.
