The Company Overview:
Kenton Black have been approached by a well-established business who are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator into their experienced finance team. This organisation deliver an exceptional service and have been operating for over 50 years.
Your Role as the Payroll Administrator:
As the new Payroll Administrator, you will be working as part of the team to carry out a wide range of payroll tasks including processing numerous payrolls, whilst also collaborating with the HR team to ensure alignment and compliance of systems and data Youwill also be assisting the Payroll Manager with reporting tasks and audit/compliance checks, keeping up to date with local tax compliance, and offering advice and support to the payroll team on such matters to ensure compliance for the company and their employees.In addition, you will provide support with payroll queries to the wider business, which may include attending meetings to offer local payroll guidance. You will undertake audit requests throughout audit periods, collating required data for the samples, and
conducting virtual and/or face to face walkthroughs of the payroll process with internal and
external audit personnel. Lastly, you will attend meetings at the request of business managers and/or Payroll Manager to offer technical payroll support where required.
Experience & Qualifications required to apply:
To be considered, you must be possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You will have high attention to detail skills, and be organised and methodical. In addition, you will be capable of working under pressure, learn quickly, pick up new systemswith appropriate training and have good Excel skills.
