We currently have a fantastic opportunity for part time Payroll Administration Assistant to join out collaborative payroll team on a 12 month fixed term contract

Working as part of the payroll function the key responsibilities of the role will be;
- To manage the payroll data entry and administrative tasks
- Make sure that timesheets are recorded accurately in a timely manner through Cascade HRIS system
- To ensure sickness and absence controls are implemented in an efficient and timely manner.
- To control the recording of holidays and recalculate allowances when needed
- To respond to requests for payroll information including telephone queries, reports, e-forms, pay queries and general enquiries.
- Keeping the procedures associated with the role constantly up to date.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A good understanding of business principles
- Enthusiastic, trustworthy and diligent individual
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills, with a basic understanding of financial measurements.
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate data & follow agreed procedures

Prior experience in a similar role is essential to be considered for this opportunity

This is a 12 month fixed term contract for 24 hours per week between 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
