**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Priority Repairs Supervisor to join our growing In-House Maintenance Team.

As the Priority Repairs Supervisor, you’ll motivate and supervise a team of Quality Homes Officers and will hold responsibility for the early resolution of priority repairs works, such as Damp & Mould, as reported by our Customers’. Your job is to ensure that the service is delivered in a timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe manner.

Please note, this is a hands-on position and you will be expected to help support on operations when necessary.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and motivate a team of technicians to deliver a high-quality priority repairs service
- Adopt a hands-on approach and undertake basic remediation works for priority repairs such as Damp & Mould
- Provide front-line customer support and advice around the best practice to reduce priority repair issues in their property.
- Monitor team performance and provide hands on expertise through regular performance reviews and 1-2-1s
