Join us on this exciting journey Location: Birmingham Contract: Permanent – Full time Your Responsibilities: As a Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the Transportation Maintenance team, ensuring operational works are delivered effectively. Your role will involve: Overseeing operative behaviors to promote health & safety, HR, HSEQ, and compliance. Championing our company culture and values, including equal opportunities and respect for all. Conducting shift briefings, site inductions, and toolbox talks to identify risks and manage records. Ensuring work packs are relevant and suitable, conducting inspections, and monitoring workmanship. Managing incidents and defects, communicating with subcontractors, emergency services, and clients. What We’re Looking For: This role is perfect for you if you have: Relevant supervisory experience, particularly in highway works (carriageways/footways). A valid driving license.
