**Job Overview**
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

**Duties**:

- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with general office tasks including filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Providing clerical support to the office staff
- Organising and maintaining physical and digital files
- Utilising computerised systems for various office functions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: £10.44-£10.83 per hour
