As a Senior Onboarding Administrator, you will execute the end to end On-boarding process for new hires across a portfolio of senior roles (from Deputy Home Managers to Directors), Central Support Colleagues, and any role which requires sponsorship, in-linewith Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as defined by the HR Onboarding Team Leader or Onboarding Manager, within the defined timeframes.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. You have the ability toseek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.

Ideally CIPD qualified, you have strong attention to detail and are comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities while producing high quality work under time sensitive constraints.You have proven organisation skills, enabling you to manage and prioritiselarge volumes of work in a timely and efficient manner.
With a strong focus on customer care, you have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, allowing you to adapt to a variety of audiences and work with all levels of stakeholders.

Experienced in handling confidential information, you have a good understanding of GDPR legislations and a proactive and practical approach to problem solving.You will ideally have an understand of international working requirements, and an excellent levelof IT skills, in particular Excel (e.g. v look-ups/pivot tables) Word, and PowerPoint.
