This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our Aftersales team.

In this role you will:

- Act as a first contact for new and existing customers when they contact the dealership
- Take and manage appointments for vehicles into our busy workshop
- Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
- Prepare quotes for servicing and repairs
- Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV/Hybrid
- Lead by example continually demonstrating best practice to your colleagues
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment.
