We are now looking for Customer Service Representatives to join us as we continue to provide our customers with exceptional customer care.
Our hours are Monday to Friday between 9am - 5.30pm (with no weekend or bank holiday working). We recognise different people need different things from work and we are happy to consider part-time and flexible work.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via the phone, delivering an excellent customer journey as they use our services.
Equipped with an excellent skillset from our brilliant training, you will be ready to handle any phone call making sure our customers can continue to expect the high quality of care they’ve grown used to.
Unlike so many other jobs, this means no cold calling. Our customers will be calling because they want to speak to you
**What we are looking for**:

- A good level of IT literacy
- Fantastic listening and communication skills
- A great eye for detail
