**Technical Customer Service / Sales Support - Epsom**

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive on behalf of a leading client based in the Epsom area who work within the retail sector. The main scope of this role will be to provide efficient and effective supportto Account Managers and also Customers through a variety of different means.

Duties will include:

- Give first line advice and guidance to customers and accounts managers with strong resolutions to any issues
- Providing quotes
- Overcoming delivery issues for products, and dealing with finance queries
- Guiding customers though the process
- Ensuring the CRM system is updated regularly
- Following the customer through the journey A-Z to ensure customer satisfaction and upselling on products where possible

Experience Required
- Have technical experience (whether it be face to face customer service or in the office)
- Be a strong problem solver with good IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- GCSES C and above in Maths and English
- IT proficient
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable
- Must be a driver as once trained you will have to visit client sites on occasions
