Working from our office in Norwich, you will be providing administrative support to our team and working to ensure the smooth running of our clients contracting and billing processes.

**Job Purpose**
You will play an integral part within the Client Services team, providing support in the management of our client accounts ensuring that all checks are completed accurately for contracts we arrange, and their energy bills are error free.
Main Responsibilities (% of Role)
- Checking energy contracts that we organise for our clients, ensuring they are accurate (50%)
- Submitting Meter Reads to Energy Suppliers (15%)
- Check and validate client energy bills, liaising with both clients and suppliers on any anomalies (10%)
- Formatting Group Billing Data for Upload into CRM (15%)
General Responsibilities
- Reporting on the Management Information generated from contract checks
- Enter data onto our company CRM system in accordance with quality standards
- Assist with keeping our database up-to-date
- Contact clients and suppliers to resolve queries
- Promote Indigo Swan as a professional organisation at all times
- Provide general office administration - photocopying, binding, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors and organising our post
The Contract Checks Administrator role is a specific job role within the Business. You will be expected to work flexibly across all areas. You will be trained and managed by our Data Services Team Leader.
**Tools and Support**
Full training in all areas of the business will be provided. This will cover the energy industry, Indigo Swan’s processes and products, our clients and the company’s strategies.
Training will also cover the software tools we use including Indigo Swan’s CRM system to record information
(Salesforce), and our Customer Portal, Pathfinder.
**What type of person are we looking for?**
This role requires a professional and friendly nature, a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and strong use of English and Maths. A confident telephone manner, and experience of speaking to clients or suppliers would be advantageous.
Indigo Swan additionally requires a sense of humour and a can-do attitude to fit into the culture of our organisation.
Experience of use of Microsoft Office, particularly with Microsoft Excel is also required.
