Our Norse Group TFM Division are a lead FM services provider across Norfolk, specialising in a range of Soft and Hard TFM services on behalf of Norfolk County Council. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis.

As Contracts Administrator, you will provide a range of administrative services within the contract, supporting the business to ensure a smooth running of the office and services provided.

We are looking for someone with previous administration and customer service experience within a busy office environment along with the following:

- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- NVQ or equivalent training in business administration is desirable
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and information databases
- Capable of multi-tasking and working to deadlines
- Ability to view issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.
