We are looking for 2 ASSOCIATE HR BP’S to support an organisation with a large TUPE project for the next 3 months.

You will be supporting the TUPE OUT of 1000 employees by carrying out 1:1 consultations with all staff affected. It is absolutely essential that you have a strong background in supporting TUPE transfers in heavily unionised environments.

You will need to be on site 2-3 days a week in the Richmond area but there will be a period of 4 weeks where you may need to be on site 4 or 5 days due to the nature of the work you are carrying out.

As you would expect this will be a distressing and highly emotive time for a lot of these employees so sensitivity and a good listening ear are vital.

You need to be able to start in the next 2 weeks and be available until end of June.
