As HR BP you will be responsible for the People Strategy and aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives across the business. Working closely with the Head of HR you will oversee the effective recruitment and retention of talented buildclose relationships throughout the business.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the HR BP in Sunbury will be:

- Support the Head of HR with the implementation and delivery of the Global People Strategy
- Provide trusted HR advice, support and coaching to Managers
- Work in partnership with the global HR team to plan and deliver on people initiatives to include recruitment, talent management, succession & career planning and change management to support the delivery of business objectives and drive culture
- Ensure the HR team provide a consistent service to the business, tailored where appropriate to the needs of different locations. Whilst supporting the HR team with employee development, empowerment and engagement.
- Assist with leadership development, coaching and mentorship
- Introduction of Wellbeing Policy including D&I
- Ensuring there is a streamlined recruitment process
- Support with employee lifecycle activities, documentation etc
- Preparation of payroll in collaboration with Finance
- Monthly reporting, HR analytics etc
- Support any employee relations issues
- Provide support to the Head of HR as required

**Profile**

The successful HR BP in Sunbury will have:

- CIPD or relevant experience, strong operational generalist supporting SME PLCs
- Previous experience supporting US / Europe / India ideal but not essential
- Experience in creating, and implementing policies & procedures, experience of D&I preferred
- Strong coaching, communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships at all levels
- Strong project management skills, able to plan, organise, multitask, and work to tight deadlines
- Hands-on and pro-active self-starter who can work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of employment legislation and good practice with a pragmatic approach, commercial acumen
- Experience of delivering successful HR support including employee relations
- High level of confidentiality, tact & diplomacy with the ability to deal with difficult situations
