As Executive Administration Intern, you will work in the Vice Chancellor's Office as part of a core team supporting the Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. You will support senior management in delivering their duties and be a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage office systems, processes, and databases to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Prepare documentation for internal and external use including reports, presentations and minutes of meetings
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
